INTRECULTURAL COMMUNICATIONS

THE BUILDING BLOCKS TO ALWAYS KEEP IN MIND
In my earlier reactions about this book I mentioned the fact that it had a lot of Eurocentric example I count relate but was not to say there was nothing to learn in this text no.
Carefully reading the first chapter the writers made a number of articles we can learn what reality on the ground was, the fast growing globalization was used to explain why intercultural communication was a necessity that cannot be ignored  the discussion was in review  the importance or better still the characteristics of intercultural communications.
I was much impressed when the text further went on to mention what culture is, what it does and what goes into the study of intercultural communications from the writer’s perspective at least giving another angle to the reader. Again the mentioning of the variables (perception, cognitive patterns, verbal and non-verbal behavior) gives a clearer understanding of cultural difference and communication across cultural borders.
This then means that intercultural communication allows the movement of people quickly and easily across distance in a dynamic world, this has created a better reaction opportunity between people all over the world with the help of technology which has brought about the easy access to telephones social media (Facebook, twitter, Skype) and internet.
This better explains why there were about 54 million visits to America in 2009 and this reflected in the economy with about $17 billion tax increase.

In conclusion intercultural communications indeed has greater influence on the world in all aspect of human and political success in the world.
